For the Heather athlete on the roster, the recent inputted time is 2:58:56. What is the basis for the equivalent performance to be 3:02:55 with a VDOT of 52.8? The VDOT equivalent should be 2:58:56 because that is the only value provided for this athlete.

For the optional races prior to the goal race, include additional drop-down options for the priority column. Add: "rust-buster, sharpening race, VO2 max / 5k block, competitive effort, pacing effort"). Rename "Priority" header to "Purpose".

For masters athletes, default threshold should be ~15s/mi slower.

Could you adjust the individual pace model to be more consistent with the V.O2 calculator by Jack Daniels (https://vdoto2.com/calculator)? Could our calculator be adjusted to allow for customization based on whether the athlete is stronger with endurance (slow on short rep pace, stronger for marathon pace) vs speed (faster on short rep pace, slower for marathon pace)? The McMillan calculator offers adjustment based on the athlete's strength (https://www.mcmillanrunning.com/), but I prefer the Daniels V.O2 calculator for its base pace recommendations and algorithm of pace per equivalent race performance.
